Valuation Compliance LLC serves as the Commercial Appraisal Department for various Regional to Community Banks and Credit Unions. Our services include:
- Commercial Appraisal Review – Preformed by a staff of Certified General Appraisers with an average of over 10 years of field experience. Most of our reviewers hold advanced MAI designations and/or Degrees in their area(s) of expertise.
- Independent bidding, engagement, and management of the commercial appraisal process from start to finish. Prevent commercial appraisal issues from arising by using our expertise to select the right appraiser for the assignment. We bid assignments to appraisers experienced with the subject property type who have successfully completed similar assignments for our clients and have passed our rigorous review process. Valuation Compliance LLC also interfaces with appraisers to make sure that assignments are not delayed and are completed in a timely manner, while keeping the client apprised of any issues that require their direct attention.
- Approved Commercial Appraiser List Management: We handle all maintenance and upkeep of your Approved Commercial Appraiser List including discipline checks against State and National databases, gathering and maintenance of appraiser documentation and records, and continuous monitoring with quarterly updates.
